1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern your use of Khanom's Wellness & Recovery services and website. By booking a session, purchasing a pass or membership, or using our facilities, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Bookings & Payments
All bookings must be made through our online booking system (Fresha). Payment is required at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change without notice. Gift cards and passes may have specific terms relating to validity and use.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund. Late cancellations (within 24 hours) or no-shows will be charged in full. Passes and memberships have separate cancellation terms as outlined at the time of purchase.
4. Health & Safety
All guests must complete a health declaration form before their first session. You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, medications or health concerns that may affect your ability to safely participate. If you are pregnant or have a cardiovascular condition, you must consult your doctor before using our facilities.
5. Liability
You use our facilities at your own risk. While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure your safety, Khanom's Wellness & Recovery shall not be held liable for any injury, illness or loss arising from the use of our facilities, except where caused by our negligence.
6. Code of Conduct
All guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other guests. Disruptive, aggressive or inappropriate behaviour will result in removal from the premises without refund. Please refer to our Safety & Etiquette page for full guidelines.
7. Gift Cards & Passes
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Multi-session passes have specific validity periods as stated at the time of purchase. Gift cards and passes are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
8. Memberships
Memberships are rolling monthly contracts. Cancellation requires 30 days written notice. Membership benefits are non-transferable and for the named member only. We reserve the right to change membership pricing with 30 days notice.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design elements, is the property of Khanom's Wellness & Recovery and is protected by copyright law.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
