General Safety
All guests must complete a health declaration before their first session
Stay hydrated before, during and after your session
Listen to your body — leave the sauna or cold plunge if you feel unwell
Sessions are supervised but you are responsible for your own wellbeing
Follow all staff instructions and posted safety guidelines
Medical Conditions
If you are pregnant, consult your doctor before using any heat or cold therapy
Guests with cardiovascular conditions should seek medical advice before booking
If you take medication that affects heat tolerance, please inform us
Those with low blood pressure should approach cold therapy with caution
If in doubt, always consult your GP before your first session
Heat & Cold Guidance
Start with shorter sessions and gradually increase exposure
Do not use heat therapy if you have consumed alcohol
Cool down gradually after sauna sessions
Cold plunge immersion should be brief for beginners (30–60 seconds)
Avoid eating a heavy meal within 1 hour of your session
Etiquette
Respect the calm atmosphere — keep voices low in recovery areas
Swimwear must be worn at all times in shared spaces
Shower before entering the sauna or cold plunge
Place your towel on the bench before sitting in the sauna
Mobile phones should be on silent and away in recovery areas
Be mindful of others' space and comfort
